Do they bite?

Anything with a mouth can bite, but they strongly prefer not to be put in a situation where they feel the need to defend themselves.

Do they make good pets?

Generally speaking they don’t make good pets for most people. We’re operating under the assumption that readers don’t wish to cut corners at the animals expense: they require regular vet care, varied diet, enclosures with heating, lighting, thermostats, air filtration equipment & plenty of your time and effort. If you’re not thoroughly familiar and comfortable with the species, it may quickly become an unpleasant experience for both you and the yellow anaconda.

Do we keep other species of anaconda?

We specialize in and only keep the yellow anaconda (Eunectes notaeus).

Where is Anaconda Park located?

We are located in California.

Do we allow visitors?

We do not allow visitors and/or tours. Instead, we showcase our yellow anacondas online through our website and YouTube channel.

Do we breed them?

We do plan to breed our pairs of yellow anacondas but will only adopt out with discretion (through adoption applications) to responsible keepers. We would also love to provide offspring to educational programs and zoos seeking to teach others about these amazing animals. Adoption fees are in place to ensure the animals safety.

Do we accept donations?

We do not accept donations, but donating to organizations that directly protect our planet and ecosystems is a great choice and worth looking into.

I have a burning question, can I reach out?
